Aurorita's -Puerto Rico's Restaurants

Aurorita's story starts off February of 1973 after José García Blanca, from
Puebla, Mexico and Elizabeth Carmona Lozano from Vega Baja, Puerto Rico unite their
lives. They dedicate themselves to starting a home and also a business. It is then
that José García buys a restaurant van and call's it Aurorita in honor of his
mother and young daughter.
