Mill The Sugar Mill offers a variety
of individually designed and decorated
accommodations, and one is sure to suit
you perfectly. On a hillside overlooking
the channel between the Sugar Mill and
neighboring islands, our 12 Deluxe Studios
have spectacular views of the gardens and
sea. Rooms include air-conditioning,
ceiling fans, kitchenettes with

Frenchmans
Villa Resort At the Frenchmans Villa Resort
All cottages offer full kitchens with
modern appliances, icemaker, gas stove and
Cuisinart stainless steel accessories.
Kelly’s Superette, Big Bens Groceries, and
Harbor Market are all a short distance from
Frenchmans offering a variety of groceries and
local produce. Harbor Market located in Soper’s
Hole also provides gourmet options and a
selection of fine wines.
Feel free to leave the shopping to us and we
can ensure that your kitchen and bar are fully
stocked. Send your requests in advance to our
concierge, leaving you time to enjoy your
holiday. Dinner is available onsite at the
Watermark from Tuesday to Sunday, six to ten.
Brunch is also available on Sundays from twelve
to three.
Long Bay Beach Resort and
villas Set on hillside approximately 100
yards from the beach. These cozy guestrooms
are tastefully decorated with designer
tropical furnishings and have balconies or
decks with oceanviews. Rooms have either one
king or two twin beds and accommodate two
guests. Spacious rooms with breathtaking
oceanviews from your private balcony or large
covered deck, located on the hillside
approximately 75 yards from the beach. A
choice of king-size or twin beds, these
tastefully furnished rooms offer refined
luxuries such as marble vanities. Connecting
rooms are available for families. Maximum
occupancy 2 adults OR 2 adults and 1 child
(with a rollaway for the child).

Apartments As you first arrive at Mongoose
Apartments, with its Caribbean colours, tucked
away in lush tropical vegetation, you
immediately have an "away from it all"
feeling. Your "Intimate Hideaway" exudes
warmth, tranquility and restfulness. All of
the apartments have hillside and garden views;
we do not have ocean view. The lower level
patio offers a place for our guests to relax
and meet. The office, which is on this level,
offers an extremely well stocked library and a
number of board games for our guest to enjoy.
