Club Riu hotel is located just outside of Ocho Rios, away from the noise and confusion of the town. It’s an all-inclusive resort, which means that everything is paid for in one basic rate. The Riu Cub hotel has 856 rooms which are split into 4 classes such as double, superior junior suite, suite and superior suite. These rooms are luxurious and each class comes with different specifications.
The rooms are priced according to their classes, double being the cheapest and superior suite being the most expensive.

Double rooms are equipped with the following; bathroom, telephone, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, mini-bar, liquor dispenser, satellite TV, radio alarm  clock, in-room safe, balcony or terrace and inter-connecting rooms are also available.

The superior junior suites are equipped with the following; bathroom with hydro-massage bathtub, satellite TV (flat screen),iron and ironing board and an integrated lounge area with two steps between levels, with sofa or sofa-bed. The suites are equipped with bathtub, shower cabin and bidet, some suites are equipped with Jacuzzi, satellite TV (flat screen) and an integrated lounge area is also available in the suites.
The superior suites has bathrooms equipped with hydro-massage bathtubs, some superior suites have Jacuzzi, satellite TV, iron and ironing board and also has an integrated lounge area.

Hotel Activites
The hotel is equipped with gym facilities, hard surface lighted tennis courts, table-tennis, volley ball courts, multi-purpose sports pitch, golf course, horseback riding and billiard tables.
The hotel also offers water sport activities such as; wind surfing, kayaking,snorkeling, scuba diving and also an introductory scuba diving lesson in the pool.
If you just want to relax and take the load off, there are saunas, Jacuzzi and two swimming pools where you can relax and get a tan, there is also a swimming pool for the kids.

Entertainment
The club Riu hotel also offers alot of entertainment for those who want to unwind. The hotel offers daytime entertainment for children ages 4-12 at the Riuland daily, daily adult entertainment is also available, the Riu evening entertainment program includes live music and complimentary passes to the Pacha night club which is open six nights a week, drinks are available free of charge all day, both local and international.

Restaurants and Dining
The club Riu hotel has eight restaurants and six bars. The restaurants are as follows; St. Ann non-smoking restaurant with terrace, Sir John gourmet restaurant(non-smoking), Mandalay Asian restaurant(non-smoking), Piccola Italian restaurant with non-smoking section, Mammee Bay poolside restaurant, grill and steakhouse with non-smoking section and the Plantation poolside restaurant, these are all the restaurants available to guest staying in the double to suite rooms.
There are two restaurants exclusively for guest staying in the superior suites they are; the sir Richard gourmet restaurant(non-smoking) and the Tushima Japanese restaurant (non-smoking). There are also on the spot cooking stations and buffets, special evening dining buffet style twice a week, traditional Jamaican jerk stations six nights a week.
The hotel also offer a variety of bars to choose from, such as the blue mountain bar with terrace, the Bob Marley bar, the Dunn’s river bar, two swim-up bars called Reggae and Rastafari, sea grape beach bar and a sports bar. There is also a gaming lounge with slot machines, there are also boutiques, kiosks, a variety of shops, two conference rooms, internet room, the pacha night club and Wi-Fi zone(free).there is also the riuland for the kids to have fun all day. All guest are required to wear their all-inclusive wrist band.
