completed a major renovation of its facilities and guest rooms. The hotel is pleased to offer the

Across the street from Surfside Beach, the Talk of the Town Hotel and Beach Club is
located 1 mile from Aruba’s Queen Beatrix International Airport and a short 10 minutes pleasant
walk from downtown Oranjestad – the main commercial and shopping center of Aruba. Our location is
perfect for those visitors traveling to Aruba for business and ideal for those vacationers looking
for a more quiet and peaceful break.

2 Double Size beds or 1 King Size Bed located pool or patio side - all with mini fridge and
microwave oven. King Size Bedrooms have pull-out sofa beds.
Standard
2 Double Size beds or 1 King Size Bed located in the main building with mini fridge and microwave
oven. Some King Size Bedrooms have pull-out sofa beds.

1 bedroom with 1 King Size bed. Living room with kitchenette. Pull-out sofa in the living room.

2 Bedroom
2 bedrooms, one with 2 double size beds and another with 1 king size bed. Living room with
kitchenette. Pull-out sofa in the living room. Patio terrace.
*ALL rooms complete with in-room safe or safe deposit box, cable TV and Direct Dial
International.
MINIMUN STAYS
From Dec. 22, 2008 through Jan. 5, 2009 a seven (7) nights stay is required in all type of rooms.
For Carnival Feb. 13 through Feb 23, different minimum night stay apply as per type of room.

PAYMENT / DEPOSITS
Reservations are
considered confirmed and guaranteed upon receipt of a minimum 1 night cash or check deposit or with valid Credit
Card (AMEX, MC, VISA). If credit card is to be used, a voucher authorizing deposit will be faxed that needs to be
signed and returned. Three (3) nights deposit is required within the following dates:
DIVING IN ARUBA: The Talk of the Town Hotel and Beach Club has an alliance with one of Aruba's
specialty Dive Operators - S.E. Aruba Fly 'n Dive. They have a wide variety of Dive Sites and do different dive
stops each day. They are PADI certified and the special attention they provide is often talked about by those
guests who have experienced Dive Trips with them.

FACILITIES: Located across the street from Surfside Beach, the
first beach choice for the experienced Aruba visitor, the Talk of the Town Hotel and Beach Club invites each guest
to relax and enjoy its full size swimming pool and sun patio.
At the Beach Club, hotel guests receive complimentary chaise lounge service and enjoy restaurant
and bar, as well as diving and water sport facilities.
A Self Service Business Center with Internet access is available for our guests.
Wireless internet access free of charge is available in the hotel common areas and some Superior rooms.
MEETINGS AND EVENTS: The Talk of the Town
Hotel and Beach Club is perfect to host small meetings for groups of 5 to 40. Our meeting areas are flexible for
most types of set-ups. Our food and beverage department can develop coffee breaks and meals to meet the
organization and budget requirements of each group. Our 2 main meeting areas are fully air conditioned for complete
comfort of each participant.
